Today I will giving you all a few pointers that everyone, and I mean Everyone should do! Consider this your guide to feeling even more fabulous!
1 – Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day
2 – I understand that we all love our fried fatty foods, but fresh fruits and vegetables will surely make you feel a lot better in the long run. Would you rather feel good for roughly fifteen minutes (while your eating fried fatty foods) or for the whole day (while and after eating a healthier choice)?
3 – Wake up a little bit earlier to workout at least 30 minutes 4 times a week.
4 – Use fabric softener on facecloth for gentle cleaning care.
5 – Try to moisturize the skin under your eyes more often.
6 – I know you’ve heard it many times before, WEAR SUNSCREEN!! well, I’ll say it again, ALWAYS WEAR SUNSCREEN! As much as we all love the bronzed look, do you really want to damage your skin? If you really want a summer glow type of look, there are always other alternatives,such as, bronzers and spray tan!
7 – Try to get at least 7 hours of sleep every night
8 – Something that many people don’t know is, you should always moisturize your skin before airplane travel, which will prevent in-flight dryness to your skin.
9 – I’m sure this will be the best number yet, Try to devote at least one day a week to a total beauty day. Which should consist of facial sauna and facial mask, hair conditioning , and our favorites…. Manicure & Pedicure!
10 – Laugh, giggle and smile! Laughter helps you stay emotionally healthy and it makes you feel good!
